Descriptions
A case of traumatic laryngeal stenosis is reported. An endotracheal anesthesia tube was used to restore an adequate lumen within the larynx. However, unsatisfactory results were obtained. Early recognition and appropriate surgical treatment may be required in laryngeal injury.
