Descriptions
Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the nasal septum is rare and usually arises at the mucocutaneous junction. One case is reported, being seen in a 71 year-old female with chief complaints of unilateral nasal brockage, bloody discharge and a painless mass in the nostril of two months' duration. The lesion was well cured by a combined therapy of surgical excision and radiation of radium needle.
