A study of the acceptance of Guan Yu's image in Zen in medieval Japan : focusing on Gozan bungaku zenshū

関羽は三国時代の蜀の武将であり、勇武忠義の名で歴史に残っている。そして、儒・仏・道の三教から崇拝され、中国で最も広く知られている神だと言っても過言ではない。一方、中国民衆に重要視されている関羽の人物像は、近世日本に伝えられ、近世の文化と融合し、再生された。本稿は近世の関羽像が成立する基礎として、中世の知識人層である禅僧に目を向けた。中世禅僧の代表的な作品『五山文学全集』を中心に、中世禅林における武将と伽藍神としての関羽像の受容を分析した。

Research on reasonable accommodation for foreign students : a case study of a public elementary school in a scattered area

外国人児童は、日本社会と異なる言語、文化、宗教及び習慣を持つため、日本での日常生活や学校生活において相当な制限を受けることがある。このように制限されることは、外国人児童にとって「社会的障壁」となっている。教育分野では、合理的配慮は障害のある子どもに対する特別支援教育で使われてきた言葉である。しかし、合理的配慮は、身体的・精神的障害だけではなく、文化的・習慣的な違いによって生じる社会的障壁にも使える概念であると本研究では考え、小学校に在籍する外国人児童の分野にも「合理的配慮」の論議を援用できると考えた。本論文では、まず、公立小学校で、外国人児童が排除される経験の事例、暴力を振るわれた事例、誤解が生じた際の事例などを分析する。次に、分析結果及び合理的配慮の考え方を踏まえて、学校現場で有効と考えられる教員の対応策について考察を行う。その結果、①合理的配慮という論議を援用することで、これまでの「教師の裁量に任せる」という状態から、より個々の外国人児童に対応するアプローチの重要性について明らかにし、②外国人児童に対して合理的配慮を提供することには、不均衡な状況を是正し、公正な環境を促進できることを示し、③外国人児童に対する「合理的配慮」には、限界があることの確認ができた。異なる文化背景を持つ児童に対して、包容的なアプローチを取ることが教育の質を向上させる鍵である。

Automatic recognition of fissured tongue images by deep learning

東洋医学の診察は，四診（望診，聞診，問診および切診）と呼ばれる4種類の診察法で構成されている．この中で望診は，患者の顔色，表情，皮膚，爪，頭髪，舌などを注意深く観察する診察法であるが，これらのうちでも舌を見る舌診が特に重要とされている．舌診とは，舌の色・乾燥度・舌の苔（舌苔）などを診ることにより，五臓六腑の状態を診断する手法である．本研究では，東洋医学の舌診に基づき，人工知能技術を活用して，舌表面状態の画像識別による裂紋舌の自動診断法を提案する．裂紋舌は舌の肉部分（舌質）の表面が割れている状態にある舌であり，体が虚している病理状態（運動不足や栄養不足）を示している．また，裂紋舌の亀裂にはその深さと位置によって症状の度合いと病気のある臓器が異なる．なお，亀裂が深ければ深いほど，より深刻な酷い症状を示し，浅い亀裂はより軽い症状を示している．本研究で提案する診断法は，まず与えられた画像から人工知能の画像認識技術の一種であるMask R-CNN手法を用いて舌の部分を認識・抽出する．次に，抽出した画像を裂紋舌画像と非裂紋舌画像の2種類に分類する．最後に，裂紋舌画像から症状の度合いを診断する．本論文では，まず深層学習を用いた裂紋舌の自動診断の処理手順について説明する．次に，5つの画像認識モデル（LeNet，ResNet50，ResNet101，DenseNet169，ConvNeXt-Tiny）を用いて，裂紋舌の自動認識学習と裂紋舌の裂紋状態判定学習に対する画像分類の精度を調べ，これらのモデルに関する評価を行う．さらに，各々の学習で判定する正解率を高めるために，5つの画像認識モデルを融合するアンサンブル学習を行う．実験結果より，アンサンブル学習は5つの個別の画像認識モデルによる学習の正解率よりも優れており，どれも85%以上に達している．これらの結果から，本研究で活用した5つの画像認識モデルによるアンサンブル学習は裂紋舌の自動診断に効果的である．

Developing the technology acceptance model (TAM) to examine fintech adoption in the Microfinance Institution (MFI) : an empirical study in Laos

This study examines the factors that affect fintech adoption in microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Laos. We developed a theoretical model by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with perceived risk, government support, and regulation. To collect data, we formulated a questionnaire and surveyed a randomly selected sample of managing directors from MFIs, resulting in 74 responses. Subsequently, we conducted an empirical analysis to assess the reliability and validity of the model in predicting MFIs’ intentions to adopt fintech. We utilized Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the proposed hypotheses. The results provide useful insights for practitioners in implementing strategies to promote influential factors while addressing and overcoming inhibiting factors in fintech adoption. This study contributes to the existing literature by developing and verifying the effectiveness of the extended TAM for investigating fintech adoption.
