Descriptions
The inhibitory effects of various kinds of drugs on inducinｇmurine amyloidosis were nvestigated. C_3H/He mice were divided into 12 groups and weresubcutaneously administered with Colchine, VitaminA, OK-432, Levamisole, Cepharanthine, Diphtheria toxoid, Dimethyl sulfoxide, Chlorella extract, or Cytochalasin B for a week, respectively. Then, the animals were received a single intraperitoneal injection of a mixture of complete Freund's adjuvant and Microbacterium butyricum followed by countinous administrations of each drug for 10 or 14 days. Detailed histological examination of autopsy spleens and livers provided the following results…
