The purpose of this paper is to find out, if possible, the relationship between the types of treatment, the infuluenced factors to the prognosis and the end results. Thirty six patients who had suffered from Perthes' disease were reviewed clinically and radiologically. The follow-up interval was between seven months and nineteen years with an average of six years, and the age at the time of review was between six and twenty nine years with an average of sixteen years.
