Water-soluble adenosine 2'-monophosphate (2'-AMP)-and adenosine 5' -monophosphate (5'-AMP) -acrylamide copolymers were synthesized as new affinity ligands used for affinity electrophoresis to determine the dissociation constants of NAD- and NADP- dependent dehydrogenases for 2'-AMP and 5'-AMP.
