We investigated visuospatial impairment in 12 pateints with Parkinson disease and 10 matched controls. All subjects were administered Recall-test (R-test), Discrimination-test (D-test) and Face-Name-test (F-N-test). The performance of patients with Parkinson disease was considerably impaired on R-test and F-N-test, and impairment was not related to depression. And there was a correlation between the severity of visuospatial impairment as measured by test performance and the severity of other symptons of Parkinson disease.
