In order to compare between retinal and choroidal dirdulation by the video-densitometric image analysis. I set the region of interest (ROI) at artery, vein, background area (choroid), papillomacular area (peripapilla) and macular area (macula). 1) The appearance time is the first in artery, and the second in choroid. Compared between the upper and lower regions, the time is prolonged in the lower region of vein and choroid. 2) The build-up time is shortest in artery and the second in choroid. 3) The washout rate was the slower in the lower region. Thus, these results suggested that the effect of static pressure refered to the venous and choroidal circulation in the eye.
