The relationships of serum phenytoin level with odse, age and formulation, respectively, were investigated using 107 data of 82 patients medicated with commercial antiepileptics from September 1978 to Feburuary 1981 in Yamaguchi University Hospital and the in vitro dissolution profiles of there products, i. e.
