A 43-year-old male with dermatofivrosarcoma protuberans, which was first resected 7 years ago and recurred locally on the left groin, was treated in our clinic. Histologically, the tumor consisted of spindelsharped or oval cells arranged in bundle or in radial tashions and revealed cellular atypism and some mitotic figures. As growing slowly, most of the lesions, which were reported in the literatures, were left for more than a year. The only curative treatment is to remove the tumor completely as early as possible, because frequent recurrence and some cases with distant metasrases have been reported.
