The examination of the colon is one of the most difficult examination . In 1969, a new method of colon preparation which did not include cleansing enemas was expressed by Garland Brown .Brown's more improved method was introduced in June 1971 and at the same time, one stage method was performed in our clinic. Brown's method was effective preparation as well as method with cleaning enemas and castor oil. The fine net-work pattern is the fundamental double contrast picture of the colon radiography. The net-work pattern was better demonstrated with one stage method than with Fischer's method, and most finely demondtrated with contrast medium which the barium concentration was 60 w/v%, by low voltage roentgenography
