Complications after Transvenous Pacing : Analysis of Three Patients

合併症を来した経静脈ペーシングの3例と最近のペースメーカー適応について

1)Complications of the three patients were i) ulceration and abscess-formation in the right supr aclavicular region where the electrode was inserted through the external jugular vein, ii) infection of the skin pocket including the generator, and iii) cut off the electrode in its part in the entrance of the right external jugular vein, respectively. In every Patient, renewal of pacemaker was done successfully. 2) Some considerations on the indication for pacing and the technique of renewal of Pacemaker were attempted.
