トリエチルアルミニウム-四塩化チタン系触媒を用いてスチレンを重合し, Al/Tiモル比を一定にした場合(5 : 2)の触媒量と生成物の収率(全収率, アセトン非抽出部収率)および軟化点, 分子量との関係, イソブタノール・メタノールを用いて触媒を分解した場合と直接メタノールを用いて分解した場合の操作上の難易の問題, 両触媒の添加順序を逆にした場合の影響について考察を行った.
