To evaluate the healing and the patency of CORVITA^<TM> vascular graft, we compared CORVITA^<TM> vascular graft with ePTFE. Eight CORVITA^<TM> vascular grafts and 9 ePTFE grafts were implanted in the abdominal aorta of mongrel dogs. The graft was used 6 mm in diameter and 5 cm in length. The dogs were divided into four group: reconstruction with CORVITA^<TM> for 3 months (CORVITA^<TM> 3M group, 5 dogs)
