Out of 511 patients with colorectal cancer, 14 of 18 patients with peritoneal dissemination (P(+)) underwent resection of primary lesion. Patients with P_1, P_2, and P_3 were 3, 8, and 3. respectively. Sites of P_1 and P_2 were Douglas cavity (n=7), greater omentum (n=3), and mesenterium (n=2).
