The development of arteriovenous communication frequently results in severe congestive cardiac failure in the hepatic hemangioma. We reported two cases of hepatic hemangioma with cardiac failure. The first patient was a 2-month-old woman who was treated by prednisolone (2mg/kg/day) for four weeks. Four weeks later, the patient was discharged without hepatic hemangioma.
