A very rare case of mutinous cystadenocarcinoms, originated in the ectopic ovary of a 72-year-old woman was reported. Among the imaging diagnostic technique performed angiography contributed to the deffinite diagnosis, because it revealed that this tumor was fed by the left ovarian artery. Histology of the tumor removed surgically disclosed to be musinous cystadenocarcinoma developed in the ectopic ovary. According to the literatures investigated 5 cases of this disease have been reported. Therefore, this woman will be the 6th case which will be worthy to be published.
