To evaluate the influence of three major coronary risk factors, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension and diabetes, on the morphology of coronary artery lesions, we compared the coronary angiographic findings among the following four groups. 1) Hypercholesterolemia (CHO>240mg/dl) patients without hypertension and diabetes. (n=39, HC) 2) Hypertensive patients without diabetes and hypercholoesterlemia.(n=51, HT) 3) Diabetic patients without hyoertension and hypercholesterolemia (n=24, DM) 4) Patients without these three risk factors.
