Most of infections in the oral region come from odontogenic diseases. But in some cases, injury, foreign body and inappropriate medical and dental treatment would be its origin. The case presented is the buccal submucosal abscess originated suspiciously by erosion of the mouth angle and infection. The bacteriological examination revealed α-Streptococcus. Some oathological mechanism was soeculated as follows that at the beginning the erosion of the mouth angle with the decreased local immune activity developed and tha the disturbance of the balance between the indigenous bacteria occurred inducing α-Streptococcus growth and producing the buccal submucosal abscess.
