A57 year-old man who was admitted for the purpose of cholecystectomy rewealeda semi-pedunculated tumor at the mid-portion of the descending colon on barium enema. At colonoscopy tumor formed soft, easily deformed, grayish and multiple small lobulations. As lymphangioma was suspected, endosocopic polypectomy was performed. Tumor size was 1.4×1.2×1.0cm. Histologically this tumor was diagnosed as cystic lymphangioma.
