Descriptions
A 10-year-old boy was referred for evaluation of intermittent left testicular pain. We preoperatively diagnosed the condition as tortion of the testicular appendage. Surgical ablation of the twisted appendage (Hydatid of Morgani) was then performed. A total of 56 cases concernig tortion of the testicular appendage from Japanese literature, including our case, is briefly reviewed.
