Replantation of the Amputated Fingers

We reported six cases of replantation of the fingers (two thums and ten digits) with microvascular anastomosis. All cases were successful. We discussed about indication of replation of the amputated fingers and techniques of microvascular anastomosis. And also, we emphasized that micro-vascular anastomosis with neurovascular pedicle methods was an useful procedure for replantation of the avulsed thumb.
