The shape and position of eyebrows plays an important role in the overall appearance of the face. To perform a cosmetically satisfactory repair in two cases with partial eyebrow defect, successful reconstruction of the eyebrows has been performed using free composite graft harvested from the postauricular temporoparietal region. The reconstructed eyebrows showed almost natural appearances in terms of hair flow and hair size, which resulted in great satisfaction of the patients. The postauricular temporoparietal region could offer not only hair-bearing but also nude skin for full-thickness skin graft. Furthermore, the operated scar of the donor site could be concealed in hair. It might be concluded, therefore, that the postauricular temporoparietal region is the most suitable donor site for the skin graft, which can be used for eyebrow reconstruction.
