A case of congential cyst of the lung which occurred in a 6 year-old girl is reported. The blindly remainted bronchus of the involved segment did not communicate with other bronchial tree. However, there was no evidence of anomalous arterial supply to the lesion. Microscopically, it consisted of multiple cysts lined by cliated epithelium without cartilage and bronchial gland in their walls. Finally we classified this case as rare case of intralobar sequestration without anomalous systemic artery.
