Descriptions
Growrh inhibitor against candida was extracted crudely from the cultures of Bacillus aneurinolytics (BKA) and its physico-chemical features were examined. The results obtained are as follows : a) Heat-stability : Resistant at 120℃ for 15 minutes. b) Infuluence by inhibitors for thiaminase Ⅱ : No effect. c) pH examination : Stable above, unstable below pH 6 . d) Salting out : Highest at a 40% concentration of ammonium sultfate. e) Solubility in effective substance in the growth inhibitor of BKA was considered to be a kind of antibiotic. Also, the conditions for its preliminary were introduced.
