Leiomyoma of the stomach is a race cause of massive hemorrhage. A 65-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with chief complaint of massive hematemesis. At first, we suspected him of a diverticulum on the greater curvature of the gastric body, but it was identified as hemorrhage from a leiomyoma of the fundus. We enucleated it, and his post operative course was uneventful.
