From the system of management and operation and maintenance of city park in the past, The purpose of this study is to obtain knowledge about the role of local administration through cooperation in the future. As a concrete example, park Tokiwa Ube to promote cooperation with the local community is a challenge: a survey of administration with the participation of residents, management and operation through participation of local residents is carried out smoothly on (hereinafter park Tokiwa) I do a case study of the park are.
