The magnetic properties of B_2O_3-Fe_2O_3-R_2O (R : Na, K) system of glasses were studied in this paper The glasses in this system were melted in electric furnace, about 1300℃, five hours. The melted glasses were powdered into paticles of 80 mesh by agate mortar. The magnetic susceptibilities of the glasses were measured by Gouy method. The results are as follows. The susceptibilities are proportional to the contents of Fe_2O_3 mol in glasses and don't depend on the contents and species of other components in glasses.
