A 81-years old male developed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) complicated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). By the initial treatment with COP combination chemotherapy and administration of prednisolone, CLL was well controlled and hemoglobin increased substantially, however, the management of complicated diabetes mellitus and fungal infection became difficult. Subsequent administration of danazol was effective for improving anemia and good control of diabetes mellitus.
