A realtime video monitaring system to verify the radiation field in intra-oral cone radiation therapy was applied for three patients with the oral tongue cancer and a patient with the oral floor cancer. This system features an assembly consisting of a light source, 1/2inch CCD camera, a film mirror, two monitor TV sets and a videotape recorder. It was very useful for finding whether a target was located correctly or not during irradiation. It will provide a higher local control rate.
