A 61-year-old man was admitted for further examination and therapy of recurrent haemoptysis. A bronchoscopic examination revealed a small whitish nodular tumor at the orifice of right B^6. Forceps biopsy yielded material with histological appearances of granular cell tumor. Ultrastructurally tumor cells had a large number of granules. Immunohistochemically tumor cells showed positive reaction with anti-S-100 protein antibody. The patient underwent surgical excision of the mass by lobectomy.
