A solitary tumor was detected in the bode of the pancreas in a 31-year-old male who had undergone resection of malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of the left distal thigh bone two years before. The patient underwent disral pancreatectomy with regional lymphnode dissection. The surgical specimen revealed MFH matastatic to the pancreas. He is alive withour recurrence nor metastasis one year after the pancreatectomy. As far as we are aware, this report seems to be the first report of resected pancreatic merastasis of MFH.
