The effects of ciclosporin (CsA) and mizoribine (MZ) on cellular infiltration in rat allografts were discussed. Transplanted rats were diveided into three groups : CsA treated group, MZ treated group and non-treated group (Cont group). CsA in a dose of 10mg/kg/day or MZ in a dose of 5 mg/kg/day was administred orally for 5 days after transplantation in each treatment group. The mean survival day of each group was 23.7±7.8 days in CsA group, 18.5±2.8 days in MZ group and 8±0.8 days in Cont group respecitively. They were sacrificed every few days, and then renal allografts were used for pathological examinations, those were H E stain and immunoperoxidase stain (ABC method), in which menoclonal antibodies
