An improved method with an excellent reproducibility for determining urinary Donaggio reation valve was developed. The urine were collected from 12 of clerks and 75 of field workers in a shipbuilding shop, and subjected for the determination of the Donaggio reaction valves by this improved method. The valves of the urine collected after working were significantly higher than those of before working on the field workers, but that was not observed with the clerks. The Diaggio reaction valves on before working showed higher correction with the time than with the distance to attend workshop.
