The electrical properties of V_2O_5-P_2O_5-M_2O (M=Li, Na, K) systems glasses are studied in this paper. These are semiconducting glasses that are electronic conductors. Several kinds of glasses of above systems were melted for about 5 hours at 1300℃ in an electric furnace. The fused glasses were ground into disk of 2mm thickness and 2cm diameter. Thin gold film of 1cm diameter was evaporated on the glass surface. The resistivity of these samples were measured in the range of 50℃-250℃ by TAKEDARIKEN Electrometer. ((10)^<14> input impedance) The conclusions were as follows. (1) In all of these system, the resistivity of the glasses decreased with rising of temperature and log of the resis-tivity was linear function of reciprocal of the temperature. (2) In all of these systems, the resistivity of the glasses decreased with increasing of the concentration of V_2O_5 and log of the resistivity was a linear function of log of the concentration of V_2O_5. The effect of the concentration of V_2O_5 to the resistivity was K_2O system>(Li)_2O system>(Na)_2O system. (3) In all of these systems, the activation energy decreased with increasing of the concentration of V_2O_5. The value of activation energy at the same concentration of V_2O_5 was (Na)_2O system>(Li)_2O system>K_2O system.
