In this paper, we propose the technique for improving the thermal environment of the tradition house by the insulation renovation and the floor heating. We repaired the tradition house by this technique, and did the measurement investigation of the thermal environment before and after the repair. As a result, it was confirmed that about 2－5℃ had been improved to the room temperature decrease in the dawn. And, top and bottom indoor temperature distribution was canceled by using the floor heating together with the air conditioner immediately after beginning of heating.
