筆者は防府市における地域生涯学習システムの構築に関する調査研究の基礎資料として平成18年11月に「生涯学習に関する防府市民意識調査」を実施した。本研究では、生涯学習機会、学習課題の重要度、学習成果の評価を中心として分析し、その特徴と課題を明らかにする。
