平成28年4月に「障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律」が施行されることを受け,日本の高等教育機関では,障害のある学生への合理的配慮のための基礎的環境整備が求められている. 基礎的環境整備の中でも人的支援に関しては,支援者の確保・育成が課題の一つとなる. そこで本稿では,山口大学学生特別支援室での支援者育成の取組を紹介する. 支援ニーズや状況に柔軟に対応するためには,幅広い支援技術を身に着けた,多様な学生を育成しプールすることが重要である.
