本稿では,山口大学の留学生アドバイザーの業務内容を紹介する。はじめに留学生アドバイザー職と業務について概観する。次に,留学生の社会生活の現状と生活上で困難が生じやすいトピックを提示する。最後に,ブロンフェンブレンナーのモデルを適用して留学生をとりまく環境を説明し,留学生が留学生アドバイザーおよびその他の援助資源からどのような援助を受けているかを説明する。
