It is well known that the ferromagnetic material shows a drastic change of the magnetization at a critical temperature (Curie temperature/point) and, above this temperature, the spontanious magnetization vanishes. Because of such the characteristics, the ferromagnetics may be identified by means of thermomagnetic analysis using the thermomagnetic balance, for instance. However, the balance is usually automatic and it is rather difficult to look out by necked eyes such the drastic phenonena performed at around the Curie point. Therefore, in this report, the present author shows how to demonstrate the amazing alteration of the magnetization in very simple ways using a ”Chromel” alloy having rather low Curie temperature as about 120℃for example.
