1.The extract of lymph nodes was first analyzed electrophorecally, then forsed dropwise and the activities of the alkaline phosphatase in the drops were measured ( electrophoretic fronal analysis ). 2.By differentiating the activity curves, patterns of the alkaline phosphatase of lymph node were obtained, which were correlated with the optical patterns, by means of differential conductivity curves if the drops.
