Descriptions
A procedure for the purification of kidney acylase was presented. It consisted in the repeated fractionation with ammonium sulafate and absorption of innert proteins with calcium phosphate gel of the acid extract followed by thefractionation with acetone. By The prosedure proposed, about 50-fold purification of the kidney acylase was attained and the over-all recovery of The enzyme was about 10 per cent.
