従来から実施してきた健康診断業務に加え，最近では安全衛生関連業務の増加，交換留学生や海外渡航学生への感染症予防対策，日常相談内容の多様化に伴う対応困難事例の増加など，保健管理センターで扱う業務内容が多様化し，スタッフにかかる負担は年々増加している。今回は，保健管理業務内容の変遷と大学看護職の専門性，並びに業務の効率化を目的とした実務担当者主動による業務用システム開発に関して検討したので報告する。
