We observed the profiles of wave refractions at Fushino river mouth which has currents from Sept. to Noc., 1970. Profiles calculated by the theory on refraction were almost same as observed. In this way, wave transformations at river mouth which has currents were estimated by taking hte theory into the graphical calculating method on refraction. We tried to solve the Z_<ERMELO'S> 〔1931〕 and A_<RTHUR'S> 〔1950〕 equation on refraction, and found the solution by use of the numerical calculating method. According to the results calculated on assuming current distributions by means of taking these equations into the graphical calculating method, A_<RTHUR'S> equation seems to be applicable to calculate wave refraction in paractical river mouth, but Z_<ERMELO'S> cannot be used owing to differing from purpose of our studies.
