Frobel's second gift of consists a box containing three objects, all of hard wood, a sphere, a cube, and the cylinder (Which conbines certain characteristics of both the sphere and the cube). We have understood by my study (No5), that thenurturel purpose of the second gift is to show us practical law of opposition-harmony. This study then treats the examples of play. These are based on opposition-harmony. I consider the play in four domains, play of life, play of sense, play of imitation, and play of activity. But, We mustn't forget that these are merely an instance.
