Ultramicro-colorimerty for Determination of Serum and Urine Chloride Using Silver Iodate

An ultramicro-colorimetric method was developed based on Hoffman's modification of Sendroy's iodine chloride titration method using silver iodate. This method was shown to be comparable to other methods for determination of serum chloride and can be performed with as little as 0.02 m?. Of serum.
