本稿では、本年度より始めた日本語授業に日本人学生がボランティアとして参加するビジターセッションの取組を紹介すると同時に、留学生・日本人学生のアンケート結果から双方におけるビジターセッションの意義を考察した。その結果、日本人学生全員が留学生や国際交流に対する意識が変化したと答え、日本人学生の国際理解教育としての意義があることが明らかになった。一方留学生は日本語の運用力向上の機会として捉えていることがわかった。
