The purpose of these experiments is to see the infective dosis for dogs and horses and to ascertain the effect of dosage, the effect on the course and the duration of these animals infected with surra trypanosome. As for these animals the disease is chronic in character and of long duration and the effect of dosage may be masked by other factors.
