1. The success in monoxenic culture of Plasmodiophora brassicae W_<OR>. In cabbage root tissue was achieved and reported by the author in co-operation with Prof. P. H. Williams and Dr. J. O. Strandberg, University of Wisconsin, Madison, U. S. A. on August, 1966, when the author stayed in the university. 2. Surface-sterilized roots of Brassica oleracea var. capitata infected with Plasmadiophora brassicae were used to obtain root callus tissue which contained the plasmodia of the prasite. Murashige and Skoog's culture medium containing NAA and Kinetin was used in the experiment. ....
