1. It is hard to understand that the suger beet cropping in the warm region of Japan is more profitable than competitive crops. 2. In oder to raise the profits, the various technical improvements for the yield shoud be closely related with the protective policy which intended for the stabilization of the price and also the technical guidance to the croppers.
